The business premises branch of Stevaco Vastgoed BV has been active since around 2015, when we took our first steps into this segment of the real estate market with our occasional partner Minerva Investments. This portfolio has now been further expanded and we can look back and forward to a very fruitful cooperation, both parties also have their own portfolio. The portfolio consists of various types of business premises such as logistics real estate, production buildings, PDV, storage, etc. We are also happy to further expand our business portfolio.
